Engineering Services
CADME team provides engineering services in CAD, CAE and CFD domains. The services are Product design, Value Engineering, Product development, Design automation, FEA and CFD Validation, CAD design services, Technical documentation etc. We do CAD Designing services/conversions from photos, videos, references, 2d drawings and much more.
Reverse Engineering / Inspection Services
CADME equipped with 3D scanning services in Coimbatore and CMM facilities to do service for customers looking for convert the physical sample in to CAD file, 3D Comparison of first inspection samples with CAD files to inspect the deviation analysis and to inspect the physical samples dimensions with 2D drawings using the CMM technology.
Training
CADME team understands the industry expectations and demands, which ae exactly fulfilled by our training methodologies. For this we have associated with the DS SolidWorks as a SATC. The SATC, students and professional can focus on ideas, problem-solving techniques, and innovation-instead of having to memorize complex commands. SOLIDWORKS is easy to use and learn even for those who have no previous CAD experience.
We train and certify Mechanical, Electrical discipline students in SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc. Apart from provide training in some special programs for placements like INDUSTRY READY Engineers, Engineering Design, and GD&T etc.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, CAD Training, Engineering services and Business development like from account mapping, technical demo, benchmark, implementation, CAD/CAE consulting for to improve the design office workflow, design optimization and design automation etc. using the Autodesk, PTC and SolidWorks products. As an Elite AE Technically strong and proficient in the SolidWorks Product lines.
He is Holding Master’s Degree in Product design and development.
Thangavel S
A result oriented Project Manager and team leader having 23 years of experience in Product Design and Development, Prototype manufacturing, SCM and project Management. Hands on experience in design and development and prototype manufacturing of Power supply system, cooling system, ground support equipment for Aircraft, automobile garage equipment, cooling tower, Air dryer and textile machinery. Handled more than 15 projects for defence through DRDO, DRDL, BEL, BDL, TATA, IAI (ELTA-Israel), TATA and L&T.
He is Holding Master’s Degree in Product design and development.
Ravikumar A
He brings more than 15 years of experience in the Product inspection field handled variety of components using all types of measurements tools both in-house and supplier end, Handled NCR, Proficient in calibration of tools and worked as an ISO internal auditor. Last 5 years he is working as an ISO Consultant to implement/maintain the systems like 9001, 14001, 18001, API-9th edition, PED, and 5S. Currently he is supporting more than 60 satisfied mid/large customers in and around Coimbatore.
He is Holding Master’s degree in Management (MBA) and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
